AUTHENTICATION PROCESS
How does it work?
Every autograph received is reviewed and verified.
First, each signature is checked against the world's largest database of autograph samples, necessary to check the autograph for a match of common characteristics. Then, the signature evaluation process (comparative study) is conducted, in which a set of characteristics, sufficient or insufficient for a successful conclusion, is compiled. With a successful conclusion, the autograph is assigned a number.
The customer receives his item with a number applied to the autographed memorabilia and a related certificate of authenticity with the same authentication number.

With a successful conclusion, we send our customers a Certificate of Conformity (pictured below).
The certificate has the format A5 (dimensions 14.8 × 21.0 cm), on which there is information about the autograph:
- Serial Number (reported twice)
- Photographic reproduction of the certified autograph in its entirety
- Photographic reproduction if available, autograph moment.
- Autograph size
- Date of issue
- Anti-tamper hologram showing the serial number
- Signature of one of our experts
The certificate will be laminated.

An autograph collection is based on sensitivity towards a certain character, topic of maxim or historical period. Our advice is to buy according to specific interests and not to rush headlong into everything that can be purchased. Another important thing to do is, as many other collectors in various sectors do, to set a maximum budget for each piece, or a monthly budget to devote to your passion. Certification and authentication represent an individual subjective judgment (opinion) of experts based both on personal experience and on the results of the analysis of the equipment used in the verification. The opinions expressed by our experts do not depend on the opinions of other companies, other service experts may not comment, confirm or deny the decisions of other companies on authentication. We respect the views of other companies, retailers and individuals.The result of the check can be changed upon receipt of further evidence (photos, videos and/or any other information). Therefore, the service offered does not make any guarantees or representations and assumes no responsibility towards the customer for the opinion expressed in relation to any decision resulting from the autograph check.
The handwritten verification period varies depending on the type of verification: when choosing an express type, up to and including 5 business days, when choosing a full type of verification, up to and including 10 business days. When checking several autographs, the checking of which was paid for with a volume discount, the period of work is indicated individually by the service.
A customer who chooses to send an autograph to the verification service personally insures the autographed item. The service is responsible for the autograph after receiving it and until it is sent to the customer. The return of an autographed item that has passed / failed the inspection is carried out at the expense of the authentication service, under the following conditions:
- The weight of the autographed item is less than 2 kilograms;
- The recipient of the autograph is located in the European territory.
